If you use Air Alert® during a season, do not follow it on or the day before game days. If so, you may not play as well. Your legs need at least 48 hours to recover for peak performance. Alter the schedule around your game days and remember that every other week, you must do Air Alert® on 3 consecutive days; otherwise, Habitual Jump Training™ will not be effective. You may have to use Air Alert® on days other than Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday to maintain this consecutive schedule during the season. And remember not to over do it.
For Air Alert® Advanced, we do not recommend performing this version during the season. This version is much more difficult and aggressive on the legs and recovery times are generally greater.
