Congratulations, you've taken the first step in learning about this amazing jump training program.

Air Alert is very¬†simple and very basic. Do not let that fool you, however. Habitual Jump Training™ is a proven method for completely unleashing your jumping power and overall fitness. The program requires no weight training, is all natural body weight training and provides the best exercises for maximum jumping capability. After completing the 15 week program, you will understand exactly what I am talking about, and you will understand why it is the program of choice for millions of athletes just like you who are serious about their sport.

Air Alert is staring you right  in the face. Now is the time to get started. Now is the time to apply your desire, follow your drive and train yourself to jump higher than you could ever imagine. Now is the time to become the athlete, the player you know you can become. Now is the time to work toward your goals. Now is the time to unleash your potential. Now is the time!

Simply navigate the 9 step workout to the right, and be sure to review all of the essential (very important) materials to the left. And finally, do not forget to focus on the mental part of your game. Getting your mind focused is equally as important as your physical training. So, make sure to study and apply our mental focus and motivation program, the Wei-Wu-Wei system to your training and to your game. It will teach you how to play in the zone and play at an unconscious level.
